The Story of BD365
BD365 did not start with big contracts or boardroom plans. It started in domestic cleaning, with a commitment to doing the job properly and building a reputation through reliability, professionalism and high standards. We quickly grew to a team of eight cleaners before being offered our first commercial opportunity.
That first commercial contract was with Mortonhall Caravan Park, and seven years later we are still proud to support them with a fully serviced solution. That relationship helped shape the business and proved early on that BD365 was not just capable of cleaning spaces, but of becoming a trusted long-term partner.
From there, we expanded into commercial cleaning services for offices, technology companies, educational settings, hospitality venues, Airbnb properties and letting agents, delivering everything from regular cleaning support to end of tenancy and turnaround cleans. We built our reputation by being flexible, responsive and willing to solve the problems others often overlooked.
As client needs evolved, so did our services. We added biohazard cleaning through professional training, allowing us to offer more specialist support safely and compliantly. At the same time, our Director, Krissi Foskett, became one of the founding members of the Domestic Cleaning Business Network, helping raise standards across the industry and support cleaning businesses to work more professionally.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, Krissi helped train thousands of cleaners to work safely, contributed to guidance adapted for the Scottish hospitality sector, and became a strong voice for cleaners needing practical support during restrictions. That commitment to supporting the wider industry has never stopped. To this day, we still help cleaning business owners by sharing advice, answering questions and supporting practical solutions that improve standards and strengthen their businesses.
As the business continued to grow, so did the range and scale of the environments we supported. We expanded further into specialist and high-demand sectors, taking on more complex cleaning challenges that required flexibility, discretion and a higher level of technical skill. This next stage of growth helped position BD365 as more than a traditional cleaning company, opening the door to larger projects, more specialist services and a stronger nationwide presence.
BD365 then became widely recognised for its work in film and TV cleaning, supporting productions, studios and locations across the UK. Our experience now spans everything from commercial cleaning and specialist biohazard work to restoration, studio support, street cleaning, construction cleaning, carpet restoration and more.
Throughout that growth, our ethos has stayed the same: Clean and Clever Solutions. For us, that means combining professional cleaning services with practical problem-solving, high-performance products and fresh thinking that helps businesses operate better.
Today, BD365 delivers commercial cleaning, specialist cleaning and facilities support nationwide. From domestic beginnings in Scotland to supporting clients across the UK, our story has always been about raising standards, thinking differently and delivering more than clean alone.
